Document storage

We can store your Will for a small annual fee

INTRODUCING LIFETIME DOCUMENT STORAGE …

Your Will must be kept in a secure place to make sure that your wishes are carried out in the event of your death. Also, your executors must be able to find the document.

  • Is a drawer or cupboard the right place to store your Will?

  • Can you be sure that it will not be damaged or lost in a fire, burglary or flood?

  • Your Will could be found and removed by someone who perhaps does not like how you are distributing your estate. This could happen in your old age when you may be vulnerable, or at any time, even after your death.

If your Will is lost or destroyed in any of these ways you will be INTESTATE. In other words, your estate will be distributed as if you had no Will.
